Do I need any marketing knowledge?
No. You create an account, connect the accounts your plan needs, and Leadspresso handles the setup covered by your plan. Reports explain what happened in plain English.
How fast will I see results?
The free Lead Tracker works immediately for manual lead logging. Paid campaign timing depends on onboarding, account connections, assets, setup, and review. Once campaigns are active, optimization needs enough data to learn what is producing useful leads.
What do I need to sign up?
For the free tracker, you only need basic business details. For paid plans, have your Google account, Facebook account if your plan runs Meta Ads, your website URL if you have one, and a few minutes for business and budget details.
I already have a Google Ads account. Can I use it?
Yes. Connect the account during onboarding and Leadspresso can build managed campaigns without deleting your existing history. If an existing campaign should be paused, rebuilt, or left alone, that should be reviewed before launch.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Free Lead Tracker is free, with no credit card required. Use it to track leads you already have. When you are ready for a paid lead engine, choose Launch, Growth, or Scale.
Pricing & Billing
What you pay, what is included, and what is separate.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?
No long contract. Pay month-to-month or choose annual billing for the annual rate. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your plan stays active through the period you already paid for, then stops. No cancellation fee.
Do I need a separate ad budget?
No. Your Leadspresso plan pays for the work we handle: campaign setup, landing pages, lead tracking, reporting, and management. Your Google or Meta budget pays for the ads themselves. You choose that budget during onboarding, and Leadspresso manages the campaigns around it.
Monthly vs annual: which should I pick?
Annual shows the lower monthly-equivalent rate. Monthly gives you more flexibility. Either way, you can cancel anytime and the plan stays active through the period already paid for.
What if I need a bigger ad budget or more campaigns?
We will recommend the next plan before anything changes. There are no surprise overage fees.
Can I start free and upgrade later?
Yes. Start with Free Lead Tracker to track leads you already have. When you are ready for paid campaigns, upgrade to Launch, Growth, or Scale. No data loss, no restart.

What happens right after I sign up?
You choose a plan, enter business details, and connect the accounts your plan needs. Free users can start logging leads manually. Paid plans move into setup for campaigns, landing pages, tracking, and Google Business support.
How do my ads get images and photos?
We look for usable images from your website and connected social profiles. If there is not enough strong creative, we can generate additional assets or ask you for a few photos before launch.
Who actually manages my campaigns?
Leadspresso handles campaign builds, ad copy, landing pages, tracking, and reporting workflows. The founder reviews new paid setups before launch. Support is email/chat first because the product is designed to be online-first.
Can I see what you're doing?
Yes. Your dashboard shows leads, sources, follow-up status, onboarding progress, and account health. Paid plans also get plain-English reporting so you can see what changed and what needs attention.
What if my ads get rejected by Google or Meta?
We review the issue, rewrite or adjust the ads where appropriate, and resubmit when the platform allows it. Google and Meta have strict rules around health, finance, and sensitive claims, so some industries need a more careful approach.
What happens when I miss a call?
Missed calls are captured in your dashboard and can trigger owner alerts. Automated customer text-back is planned for Growth and Scale after a separate customer-facing SMS campaign is approved.
What does call transcription do?
Inbound calls to Leadspresso tracking numbers can be recorded, transcribed, and summarized so you can see who called, what they asked about, and whether it was likely a lead. Available on Growth and Scale.
Lead Tracker
About the free dashboard and what it does.
What is the Lead Tracker?
A mobile-first dashboard for tracking leads, sources, and follow-up status. Free users can add leads manually. Paid campaign leads can be captured from Leadspresso-managed calls and forms so you can see where they came from.
Is it a CRM?
Simpler than a CRM. There is no heavy pipeline setup, deal forecasting, or complex sales admin. It is built for service-business owners who need to know who reached out, where they came from, and whether follow-up happened.
Can I use it for free?
Yes. The free tier gives you Lead Tracker with manual entry instead of automatic capture from paid campaigns. Add leads as they come in from any source. When you upgrade, Leadspresso-managed campaign leads can be captured automatically.
Can my staff use it?
Multi-user access is on the roadmap. For now, one login per account.

How do I get help?
Email support@leadspresso.com. We respond within the target response time for your plan. The FAQ on this site covers the questions we hear most often.
Is there phone support?
No phone support. Launch gets email support with a 24hr response target. Growth and Scale add chat support. Scale also gets priority handling.
Is there a real team behind this, or is it just AI?
There is a real team. The platform uses AI for campaign support, ad copy, landing pages, and reporting, but paid setups are reviewed by a human before launch.
Do you offer Zoom or strategy calls?
Not as part of the standard plans. Leadspresso is built to be email/chat-first with clear dashboard and report updates. If you are evaluating Scale and want to ask about fit before starting, email us.
